Human NPC Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a single-member LLC based in Mandeville, Louisiana. We build and operate apps, tools, and digital experiences published at humannpc.com and on mobile app stores.
This policy covers all of our products including Undercut, Enchanted Coloring Tiles, IPTinCan, Natalie's Farm, and any other apps or services we offer.

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We use this only for authentication and to personalize your experience.
User-generated content. Content you create within our apps (form entries, uploaded documents, saved preferences) is stored in your account and is not shared with third parties.
Usage data. We may collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve our products. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
Device information. Standard technical data (browser type, operating system, screen size) may be collected automatically by our hosting providers.

// Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google AI (Gemini) — optional AI features. When used, data is sent to Google's API for processing. Subject to Google AI terms.
// Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with access restricted to your authenticated account. Sensitive information such as API keys and personal details are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
// Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your uploaded documents and saved data at any time through the app. To request complete deletion of your account data, email us at support@humannpc.com.
// Children's Privacy
Some of our apps (such as Natalie's Farm and Enchanted Coloring Tiles) are designed for family use. These apps do not require sign-in and do not collect personal information from children. Features that require authentication are intended for parents or guardians.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by signing out and contacting us
