1. App Description
Six Sticks is a digital board game based on the ancient Chinese game of Liubo, developed by Human NPC Studio. The app features single-player gameplay against AI opponents, player ratings and rankings, multiple board variants, and in-app purchases.
2. User Accounts
The app requires a Google account to sign in. Your account is used to save your game progress, statistics, rating, rank, and purchases. By signing in, you authorize us to access your Google profile name, email address, and profile photo as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. If you are under 13, your account must be managed by a parent or guardian through Google Family Link.
If you sign out or lose access to your Google account, your cloud-synced progress and purchases remain associated with that account and can be restored by signing in again.
3. Gameplay
Six Sticks is a strategy board game where players throw sticks (as a randomization mechanic similar to dice) and move pieces on a board. The game includes:
- Multiple AI opponents with varying difficulty levels
- Two board variants (Classic and Quick)
- A rating and ranking system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.)
- XP-based level progression
- Match history and player statistics
Game outcomes are determined by a combination of stick throws (randomized) and player decisions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or win rate.
4. In-App Purchases
- Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Amazon Appstore
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy
- Purchases can be restored on the same Google account
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@humannpc.com. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, including your profile, game statistics, match history, rating, rank, and purchase history. This action cannot be undone.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, ratings, or rankings
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, artwork, board designs, AI opponent characters, code, and all related assets are owned by Human NPC Studio. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, connectivity, or availability. Game progress stored locally may be lost if the app is uninstalled or device data is cleared.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human NPC Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or purchased content due to technical issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
