Track Limits ("we," "our," or "the App") is a free-to-play Formula 1 prediction game by Human NPC Studio LLC. Players go with or against an over/under line on drivers and constructors using in-app virtual currency only — the App involves no real-money wagering and no cash payouts. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. If you try the App as a guest, an anonymous account is created and no personal information is collected until you register.

If you allow notifications, we store a push notification token for your device so we can send pick reminders and race results. You can revoke this at any time in the App's settings or your device's system settings.

We use Resend to deliver transactional email (weekly recaps, pick reminders, account notices) from the humannpc.com domain. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver these messages. See Resend Privacy Policy.
Formula 1 session results used for scoring come from publicly available motorsport data; no personal data is involved.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

All gameplay uses virtual currency with no cash value. There is no real-money wagering, no cash prize, and no way to redeem virtual currency for money or goods outside the App.
