QuiltWall ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by HumanNPC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the QuiltWall application (web and desktop) and our website at humannpc.com/quiltwall (the "Service").

When you use cloud save features, we store your quilt project data including design layouts, fabric images you upload, and project settings. This data is stored in your private account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly share it via the collaboration or community features.
If you subscribe to QuiltWall Plus, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC. We receive and store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We may collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used and general performance metrics. We do not track your browsing activity across other websites.
If you publish blocks or designs to the QuiltWall community, the content you share (design data, description, display name) is visible to other signed-in users.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

QuiltWall is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
The web app uses browser local storage and IndexedDB to store your authentication session and cached project data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. The desktop app stores local data in your system's application data directory.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Anonymous usage data may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
