These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuiltWall application and website (the "Service"), operated by HumanNPC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, downloading the desktop application, or using the web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuiltWall is a digital design wall application for quilters. It allows users to arrange quilt blocks, audition fabrics, generate cutting instructions, and save projects. The Service is available as a web application and a desktop application for Windows.
You may use basic features without an account. To use cloud save, community sharing, and subscription features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free tier provides access to core design features with limited cloud storage (up to 3 projects).
QuiltWall Plus is a paid subscription at $39.99 per year. It includes unlimited cloud projects, fabric uploads, community sharing, and all premium features. Subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your account. Upon cancellation:
Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@humannpc.com.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload, including quilt designs, fabric photos, and project data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
When you publish blocks or designs to the QuiltWall community, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view, import, and use those designs for personal quilting purposes. You may remove your community content at any time.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The QuiltWall name, logo, application code, and original block patterns are the intellectual property of HumanNPC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by applicable law.
Many quilt block patterns included in QuiltWall (such as Ohio Star, Log Cabin, Nine Patch, etc.) are traditional designs in the public domain. Our specific digital implementations of these patterns are our work, but the traditional patterns themselves are not claimed as our intellectual property.
Quilt designs you create using QuiltWall are yours. We claim no ownership over your creative output.
QuiltWall may offer real-time collaboration features. When you invite another user to collaborate on a project:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanNPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
